The way God wants to form your life as a woman

God created woman with a specific purpose:  to be the ideal help and complement to the man.  But within this basic purpose exists an individual purpose and plan for each human being, and regarding women, I have always been drawn to study women from the Bible.  I have always liked to observe how God makes it clear the way He has formed them but also the way they have allowed Him to form them, having each one a different purpose but being all of great influence and worth in the history of christianism, both in the Old Testament and in the New.

When I have studied the lifes of all these women like Ruth, Ana, Deborah, Esther, Rahab, Mary mother of Jesus, Mary Magdalene, the Samaritan woman and some other that are mentioned in the Bible, I have noticed several similar circumstances that happened in their lives and that were indeed needed for the acomplishement of their different purposes.  First, all of them overcame moments of suffering and testing, but also all of them remained on their faith being faithful to the living God.  All showed humility and a burning desire to do God's will in their lives.  All were obedient to the voice of the Lord who manifested Himself on a different way to each of them.  Nevertheless, each one of them had a specific gift that, together with their faith, would be the tool that God would use to acomplish His purpose on each one of them.

Ana, a woman of faith, constant prayer and full of thankfulness.  Mary mother of God is an example of humility and submission, Mary Magdalene an example of love, repentance and obedience.  And this way I could mention all the atributes of more women on the Bible but the most important fact that I want to share with you today is the beauty of all things that God did in the life of each one of them, and of how they allowed Him to form them and permitted the work of God to be done in their lives.  They allowed God to glorify Himself through the same things that he did in their lives.

How did God form them ?  Through the tests and suffering.  What did they have in common ?  Faith, obedience and love for God.  For whom was the glory ?  For  God.

Each woman who is praised in the Bible has been an inspiration for my life and I wish that God will form me and use me the same way He did with them.  I motivate you to read carefully about all these women from the Bible and to learn how God formed them and acomplished the purpose that He had for the life of each of them.  And dont you ever forget that He is the one that does the work and that all the glory is for Him.
